The Electric Palace is a centre providing training and education via the E2E course. e2e is aimed at getting young people aged 16 - 18 out of the N.E.E.T. group (Not in Education Employment or Training) and into Training (Work based learning or AMA (Advanced Modern Apprenticeships) FMA (Foundation Modern Apprenticeships) or Full Time employment.
The Electric Palace works with partners to develop an individual training programme for every young person that enters the e2e programme. At the same time as looking to further your career or job prospects we also work on your Key Skills, Social Skills and Employability Skills. Key Skills include communications, written and spoken, application of number (Useful application os Maths) and ICT (Information Computer Studies - Computer Skills - Databases, Word Processing, Tables, Charts & Graphs) The idea of e2e is to get you vital work experience and a job or a if you decide that employment is not the route for you right now - then we help you to get on to a education course.
